LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

Are your leaders struggling to manage their leadership role?

Your Leadership Academy is designed based on your unique workforce, needs, and policies.  After a needs assessment and consultation, this expandable program is designed through a partnership between IN FOCUS Consulting and you!  Academies have ranged from 8-hours to 60-hours and are always brimful of the tools, examples, and strategies that hit the very nerve of your concerns.  Supervisors will zero in on leadership styles, legal minefields, recruitment, supervising slippery employees, managing conflict, developing and delivering performance appraisals, rewarding employees, and making referrals.  Together we will create the perfect program from a buffet of over 30 topics.

Recently, IN FOCUS Consulting conducted a three-day leadership academy for Grand Canyon Squire Inn.  Below are the program objectives, program outcomes, and agenda for your review.  Your leadership academy will be modified as needed to fit your unique situation.  This is just a sample to help you understand the comprehensive nature of these programs.
