History
of IN FOCUS Consulting 
After twelve years of incubation, IN FOCUS Consulting was founded in June, 2000 by Gary Sager (Ed.D.) and Sue Sager (M.S.Ed., P.H.R.) for the purpose of transforming the workplace, one leader at a time. With Gary's passion for identifying individual strengths and matching employees to environments and Sue's love for leadership and high performance, IN FOCUS Consulting has the background and backbone necessary to turn your potential into peak performance. With over 50 clients nationwide and 35 years' combined experience in program delivery, Gary and Sue have what you need to take your organization to the next level. For extensive projects, IN FOCUS Consulting employs a team of experienced facilitators to accomplish your goals on your timeline.
Organizational Assessments
All assessments are developed based on research and thorough understanding of your organization. Based on your organization's needs, assessments range from in-depth interviews of a sampling of your staff to research on organizational history and analyses of the strategic plan that drives your business. Considering the organizational impact on customers, constituents, leaders, and employees, IN FOCUS Consulting partners with your leadership team to create and implement an accurate measure of your organization's current goals, productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Interventions
Intervention strategies vary based on client needs and budget. While one organization may require a 40-hour supervisor academy, another organization may initiate a one-to-one coaching program for their leadership team. One organization may benefit from facilitated team retreats and staff meetings, while another may need an entirely new employee training curriculum or new employee orientation program. Rest assured, your intervention will be based on your needs, not those of a previous client!
Fees
IN FOCUS Consulting fees are based on the amount of time dedicated to the assessment and intervention, as well as other resources required to meet your goals. Every effort is made to provide the highest quality service for an economical fee.
