Gary is a Strengths Facilitator who has invested over 20 years in developing others through coaching, counseling, and training. His passion to assist individuals and organizations through identifying, developing, and aligning strengths can be observed in everything he does. With a background in higher education, and human services, Gary has developed and presented numerous programs related to personal strengths, vocational exploration, communication, organizational fit, and team development. As a certified DiSC facilitator, Gary has assisted hundreds of individuals in discovering their career fit, hidden talents, natural strengths, and life purpose. His Doctoral dissertation research, which identified the congruence between vocational personality and success in ministry activities, has enabled him to assist individuals in moving toward more engaged living.
